Exclusive- Rohit Chaudhary joins a new genre of series starring social media stars Sameeksha Sud and Bhavin Bhanushali; says 'It's a TV-based concept with shorter series'

Rohit Chaudhary who was last seen in Dalchini has been juggling currently between TV show Deewani and a new venture. Rohit exclusively spoke to Times Of India TV sharing details about his new venture, his TV show and more. Here's what the actor had to say:
Tell us about your new venture.
The new venture is a hit concept from South Korea and the USA and now it is being launched in India. People haven't seen something like this before. A place where you would find TV-based concepts being used for shorter series to entertain the fans.
How has it been working with Social Media Influencers?
It has been great, they are all actors too but they ventured into social media influencing and now returning to acting. I had great fun with Sameeksha Sud and Bhavin Bhanushali. I am really enjoying working with them, it is a completely different vibe from daily soap so yes.
What differentiates this new platform from your acting projects?
The framing is a little different, even with acting there are differences. The episodes are shorter than the daily soap so it has been quite an interesting experience. I thoroughly enjoyed working in a new format.

Talking about your current show Deewani, tell us about your character.
My character in Deewani is crazy, he is an obsessed lover. He is in love with Meera and he is trying to win her. The character has so many layers, I am really enjoying it. I am grateful to the makers for giving me this opportunity. In Dalchini, Tej was quite simple but Rudra in Deewani is constantly unveiling new layers to it. I have experienced so many emotions with Rudra in these two months. Soon with the track, fans will get to see a lot of drama and more shades to my role.
