The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) is set to announce the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or Class 12 board exam results today, May 5, 2025, at 1 PM, according to reports

To check the results, students will need their Roll Number and Mother's First Name. The online marksheet is provisional and should be verified with the original marksheet obtained from the respective schools.

- Click on the link for 'HSC Examination March 2025 Result'.
- Enter your Roll Number and Mother's First Name.
- Click on 'View Result'.
- Your result will be displayed on the screen.
- Download and take a printout for future reference
The HSC exams were conducted from February 11 to March 11, 2025, across nine divisions: Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Nagpur, Amravati, Kolhapur, Konkan, and Nagpur. Approximately 15 lakh students appeared for the exams, with 3.39 lakh candidates from the Mumbai division alone.
In Mumbai, 1.64 lakh students appeared for commerce, followed by 1.25 lakh in science and 45,415 students registered from the arts background. The exam was conducted in 670 centres in Mumbai division.
After the results are announced, Maharashtra will hold supplementary exams for students who do not pass one or more subjects. Those dissatisfied with their scores can apply for re-evaluation or improvement exams by paying the required fee per subject.
