ICAI reschedules CA Inter, Final, and INTT–AT exams for May 2025; check official notice here

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has revised the May 2025 examination schedule for CA Final, Intermediate, and INTT–AT papers due to improved security conditions. Exams originally scheduled from May 9 to May 14 will now take place between May 16 and May 24, 2025. The venue and timings remain unchanged, and existing admit cards will be valid. The CA Foundation exam schedule remains unaffected and will proceed as previously announced.

Revised ICAI exam dates announced for CA Final and Intermediate May 2025
ICAI May exam 2025 reschedule: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has released a revised schedule for the Chartered Accountants Final, Intermediate, and International Taxation – Assessment Test (INTT–AT) examinations for May 2025.The rescheduling comes in light of favourable developments in the security situation across the country, allowing the institute to conduct the exams with improved logistical assurance.According to the official notification dated May 10, 2025, the exams that were originally planned between May 9 and May 14, 2025, have now been deferred and will be conducted between May 16 and May 24, 2025. The revised schedule affects candidates appearing for the CA Final Group II, CA Intermediate Group II, and the INTT–AT exams. The exams will be held at the same centres and during the same time slots as earlier – 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (IST), except for papers marked with an asterisk (*) which will conclude at 6:00 PM.Revised schedule impacts CA Final, Intermediate and INTT–AT papersThe revised dates will affect six papers in total – two each from CA Final Group II, CA Intermediate Group II, and INTT–AT. ICAI has emphasised that the admit cards issued earlier will remain valid for the new dates.
Furthermore, candidates are advised that no changes will be made to the examination schedule even if any of the rescheduled dates are declared a public or local holiday.Below is the detailed comparison of the previously scheduled and newly revised examination dates:
